Tom Brady, on behalf of everyone, please retire

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers got embarrassed at home against the Dallas Cowboys on Monday night. It was the first time that the Cowboys have ever beaten Tom Brady. And it was ugly. Tom Brady looked every bit of 45 on that field Monday night.

Yet, somehow I feel this isn’t the end for Tom Brady. His ego won’t allow him to go out so embarrassingly. Due to that, he more than likely will look even worse. By next season’s start, Brady will be 46 years old. Father Time has already poked his ugly head in at Tom throughout this season, I fear what he’ll do by next season.

Brady finished with 66 attempted throws in the loss to Dallas — completing 35 of those throws for 351 yards. A lot of his big numbers came late in the game when Dallas had the game wrapped up and was playing prevent defense.

It was a sad way for the greatest of all time to finish his season. Brady could’ve gone out on top two seasons ago — as a Super Bowl champion after winning the “divorce” against Bill Belichick. It gave him 7 Super Bowls and proved he could win one away from the New England Patriots. But no, that wasn’t good enough.

So then he goes out last season and has an amazing comeback against the Los Angeles Rams in the playoffs. He almost completed it which would’ve been one of the greatest comebacks of all time, second…
